Chaffey College Community Center/Culinary Arts Facility Chino, California USA Architect: MDA Johnson Favaro
Next	The Chaffey College Community Center/Culinary Arts Facility is a joint development of the City of Chino and Chaffey College on a 700-acre property ceded by the State of California within which a residential development, the 100-acre College and 140-acre Ayala Park are to be built. The two-story, 25,000 SF building will accommodate both instructional programs of the college and facilities for the City. The facility will include a combined culinary arts facility and 4,500 SF banquet hall with 3,600 SF kitchen facilities, art gallery, and classrooms for fitness and community programs. The building is considered, along with the first building on the College campus, an anchor of the new College Park development. VSA’s scope of work included the acoustics, noise and vibration control design of the project.
