Previous	Located in the Santa Monica Mountains, nestled between Malibu and Brentwood, the world-renowned Riviera Country Club caters to business leaders, entertainment giants, and private members as golf and tennis enthusiasts. With original construction dating back to 1927, the Club is seeking a fresh, new look to attract a younger generation of patrons. The client’s desire is to create the feel of an upscale international hotel, inclusive of modern amenities, while maintaining the historic essence and character of the original club. The club has decided to renovate the architectural interiors of the main dining room, ballroom, lobby, lobby bar, atrium, lounges, hallways, front desk, offices and restrooms, including new furnishings, finishes, lighting and decorative treatments. In addition to the interior renovation, new mechanical and electrical systems are being installed along with new exterior doors and windows, specified to match the historical Spanish Renaissance facade.
