Previous Next	The New Civic Center, now under construction, is a 103,000 square foot State of The Art Facility. When compared to the old center at 50,000 square feet building, it places Vista at the premium level of function for all civic needs. This construction includes three new civic center buildings, public street improvements, pedestrian and vehicular access, parking, landscaping, and associated site improvements. In addition, the project will include demolition of the existing permanent and modular buildings, clearing the existing vegetation, site grading and drainage, and development of the Civic Center Park and all site utilities. The site will have approximately 320 parking spaces.
