VSA, an Acoustics, Audio - Visual, Noise and Vibration Design Consulting Firm formed in 1991 and located just outside Los Angeles though our geographic location is not what our clients find most important. VSA has built its outstanding reputation focusing on implementing practical no-nonsense and cost effective solutions to acoustical problems. We are proudly a small firm that has a large knowledge base with the ability to understand and deliver to each client exactly what they need.

Our founder and principal, Mahabir Atwal, Ph.D, as well as our vice president, Elyse Caiello, manage VSA. We take great pride in providing personal attention to each client from the time a proposal is requested to the conclusion of each project that is how we build long-term relationships. Our thought process is multi-dimensional and we offer innovative design ideas that are consistent with the aesthetic scheme of your spaces. VSA customizes each design as we recognize that your project is your signature.
